HOW TO USE

Children aged 4 to 11 1 lozenge gum, 1 to 3 times per day
Adults and children aged 12 and older 1 lozenge gum, 1 to 6 times per day
Pregnant women 1 lozenge gum, 1 to 3 times per day

For optimal effect, let the lozenge gums slowly melt in the mouth.
